X Games Aspen 2024 Snowboard SuperPipe silver medalist Ruka Hirano first impressed as an 18-year-old rookie at X Games Aspen 2021, earning bronze for a run that opened with a stunner of a switch backside double cork 1080 and ended with an even more impressive frontside double cork 1260. He’s now notched five World Cup wins and is ready to have his name in the conversation of the big rivalries at the top of the field: he has already beaten the likes of Scotty James, Ayumu Hirano, and Yuto Totsuka in recent events outside of X Games.
